How we approach pressure washing
Rankin Painting has been doing this since 2010, and between Bob and Chris there is 50 years of combined experience on the job. The work is done by the two of them — there are no subcontractors, so the person who walked your property and quoted the job is the person holding the brush.
Preparation is most of it
The finish coat is the part you see and the smallest part of the work. Surfaces get repaired, filled, caulked and primed first, because that is what decides whether the job still looks right in five years. Rushing preparation is the single most common reason a paint job fails early.
What you can expect
A free estimate and a prompt appointment. If you accept, a start date that works for both sides. Your property gets covered and protected before anything is opened. You get told what is happening as it happens, and payment is typically due on completion.
