What is the process for completing a painting project?
First, request a free estimate, and we'll schedule an appointment promptly. If you accept our offer, we'll set a start date that works for both of us. Depending on the project's size, a payment schedule may be required, but typically payment is due upon completion. We'll keep you updated throughout the process. Once the job is done, we'll ask you to submit a review on our Google business profile.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to them. Call us or send the form and we will schedule a time to come and look at the property.

Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every job is done by the Rankin team. Nothing is handed off to another crew.

What surfaces do you paint?
Interior ceilings, walls, trim, doors and stairwells, and exterior wood, brick, stucco and stone. We also stain decks, remove wallpaper, pressure wash and apply garage floor coatings.
Do you guarantee your work?
We work with premium products so we can guarantee lasting results — and we guarantee our labor. We will always come back for touch-ups or if there is an issue.
What preparation do you do before painting?
Drywall and plaster repair, caulking to fill gaps, cracks and joints, and priming to hide stains, ensure colour saturation and guarantee adhesion. Preparation is most of the work and it is what decides how long the finish lasts.
